An alternative musical education where the oldest living music tradition in Europe; yoik, is the starting point. The study is made by Frode Fjellheim - in collaboration with Nord-Trøndelag University College, HiNT. It combines a focus on Sami culture and yoik with a musical playfulness that results in a cross-genre work where one of the goals is to give yoik a natural place in our modern society. At the same time, you will get an introduction to the Sami culture, which is part of our common cultural heritage and has a historical foothold in large parts of the Nordic region.
Studiet er samlingsbasert, og vil foregå over fem to-dagerssamlinger i vinter. 1. samling er 15. og 16. november. Detaljer finner du here.
Alle samlingene er lagt til Oslo og foregår i «Samisk hus» – i Schous kvartalet vegg i vegg med Riksscenen.
Studiet gir deg 15 studiepoeng og kan være nyttig for:
-lærere i barnehage, grunnskole, kulturskole, videregående skole
-studenter søm ønsker å utvikle kompetanse innen dette feltet, og som har noe kompetanse innen musikk.
-andre interesserte – musikere, skuespillere og andre som har en grunnleggende musikk-kompetanse.
