Available both as an ebook and as a real book!
A unique book, which tells the part of Nordic history that has been hidden. By NTNU - as the responsible institution in the region, and by others.

This is a book that complements the work "Trøndelag's history" with what should have been a natural part of it. At the same time, it provides a backdrop that challenges all historians to take in known knowledge from living informants, archaeologists, historians and others who have worked with this material - to rewrite Nordic history.

Med joik som utgangspunkt (Yoik as a starting point) HiNT/Oslo 2012-13

An alternative musical education where the oldest living music tradition in Europe; yoik, is the starting point. The study is made by Frode Fjellheim - in collaboration with Nord-Trøndelag University College, HiNT. It combines a focus on Sami culture and yoik with a musical playfulness that results in a cross-genre work where one of the goals is to give yoik a natural place in our modern society. At the same time, you will get an introduction to the Sami culture, which is part of our common cultural heritage and has a historical foothold in large parts of the Nordic region.
